Refunds, Returns and Cancellations



If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unworn, unmarked item(s) in their original packaging with any tags and labels attached in a resalable condition along with the unique reference number within 14 days of receipt.
For hygiene purposes, certain items cannot be offered refunds or exchanges. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.


Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to obtain your unique reference number. Once you have received your unique reference number please ensure the unwanted item(s) are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

International customers will be given an extension date along with the unique reference number in the response email.
The parcel and it’s contents are your responsibility until they reach us. We advise that you request a proof of postage when returning goods, as we cannot refund or exchange items that are damaged, lost or delayed during transit.
Please note that if you are returning an item the cost of returning it is at your expense.

If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order from Aliyaj.com, provided you give us written notice any time after your order has been placed, up until 7 working days from the day after you received you order. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and have been unsealed.
Once you have notified us, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.


We believe that you will be delighted with your purchase but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item(s).
If you would like to return your item(s) you may do so within 14 days of receiving them. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. All labels and tags must not be removed in order to qualify for a refund. The cost of the items will be refunded; however shipping charges are non-refundable.

We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible but please allow an extended amount of time around busier periods.

If you wish to exchange any item(s) for a different size, colour or style of the same price, (subject to stock availability), please let us know via email.

We try to package the products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if the item(s) received is faulty or does not match what you ordered, please notify us as soon as possible, within 3 days of receipt, via email so that we can reserve a replacement garment if required. We will replace it free of charge if you return the product to us at the postal address above within 14 days of receipt.
If the goods for any reason are not considered to be faulty, you will be charged the additional postage & packaging before the goods can be returned to you.

Aliya. J reserves the right not to grant a refund for goods not returned in the required condition as specified in our returns policy. If this is the case we will inform you by email and return the goods via Royal Mail special delivery.

This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
